I’ve always had an excellent experience at Otter Dental with Dr. Ott and his team. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the building itself is beautiful and welcoming. One moment that really stood out to me was when I went in for a routine checkup and was accidentally overcharged. I never would have noticed the error, but Dr. Ott himself called me later that same day to let me know what had happened. He apologized, explained the situation, and made sure the money was refunded.
