Ten out of Ten, We purchased windows from Otter creek years ago, two of them were recently broken by bird strikes. Deana found my file and we ordered two replacements. The new sashes, same part and model number came in a little different. She searched and researched only to discover the manufacture made some changes. The new style close but different.
