It's such a friendly and welcoming environment! All the staff is extremely nice! And they answer your questions and make you feel comfortable and they are caring ! My son got his teeth cleaned and he had a great time the girl there asked him how he was doing and explained everything she was doing..just so he had an idea what was next ! It was a Very good experience!! Highly recommend for anyone thay needs a dentist!
Dr. Lim was very gentle throughout a couple of fillings l needed, and I'm so pleased with the results. And also the hygienist was very thorough. Indeed overall, a caring warm atmosphere, and a pleasant experience with Otter Creek Dental.
I had more fillings at this dentist than in my life. I returned to an old dentist after 10 fillings in less than 2 years here and asked about a tooth they said needed filled and dentist was able to pull up an x-ray from 3 years ago and say it had zero change. I understand that different dentists have different opinions regarding fillings, but you don't fill potential issues when they are stable. Ridiculous. Sad that I compromised so many teeth now.
