During my position at Ottenweller Company I was treated well. The compensation was reasonable. The thing I enjoyed the most, compared to other companies I've worked for, is the family owned culture. They do their best to include all employees separated over 3 different shifts. There are routine company-wide update meetings that often include company sponsored meals. Overall a nice place to work.
