Contacted a reputable C.Psych at this place for an ADHD assessment. Their waitlist was closed but they kindly recommended me to check out another C.Psych at this place who barely had any waitlist. I went with that person and deeply regretted. Scheduling was difficult and the appointments were pushed to an unusual time of the year. After months of delay, the report finally came with multiple mistakes including typos of my basic personal information, copy and paste psychotherapy history of another previous client. Sessions do not progress; discussions are tangential. No meaningful insight at all. Communication is difficult and scheduling is slow. Did not feel helped. No clear progress, would not recommend.
