Tasha was a fantastic vision therapist, no complaints there. Unfortunately, vision therapy itself is a waste of money, especially if you’re a single parent due to the fact that you can’t cancel a single appointment even though it Costs over $3000 for the vision therapy package. Don’t bother wasting your money here. You essentially sign a contract that includes all the dates for your vision therapy and if you’re sick one day or your kids are sick or you have to go pick up your kids etc. you can’t reschedule that day. What a great place! I had an eye emergency and they were able to get me in, just a few hours later! Everyone was very friendly and professional! Would highly recommend OVV!
The staff and doctors at the Pembroke location are ABSOLUTELY phenomenal human beings! My child is on the Autism Spectrum and Dr. Jose managed to measure an accurate prescription for him. AND he even wears his glasses! I highly recommend this place and it saved me a long drive (and wait list) with CHEO.
Went to have exam done and they said it's mandatory for them to take pictures of behind the eyes at a cost. They don't understand that some people can't afford it and we do have the right to say no.
