Went to have exam done and they said it's mandatory for them to take pictures of behind the eyes at a cost. They don't understand that some people can't afford it and we do have the right to say no.

I have since moved away, but saw OVV throughout 2022-2023 during a difficult time medically. They were so much more helpful in getting my vision sorted out that the ophthalmologists that I had seen. Dr. Maione was friendly, professional and provided lots of great information, and the staff were always helpful. Once I moved away, they forwarded an rx from my file to my new optometrist (for cross-reference) within a few minutes of receiving the request, and also took the time to contact me to confirm they had done it and that ... read more
Where to begin. From the time I stepped into the office until the time I left, it was an unbelievable experience! Everything was top notch....ALL the employees were extremely friendly yet very professional. Just waiting for my appointment time, you could see and hear their upbeat attitude and friendliness. It made me feel relaxed and at home as this was my first time there due to my former optometrist retiring.
