Don't bother! I called for a quote on window cleaning, she said they would come by some time before 7pm. Waited all day - nothing. Left a message next day - never called me back. Complete waste of time.
We have used this company on and off as needed for several years, they have always provided great service and detailed work and have gone above and beyond when needed. After several weeks of experience using their service I was happy with the level of cleanliness but I would not recommend for a short term rental or Airbnb. Inconsistent communication and lack of attention to detail makes it a challenge to run your business. I’m sure they are fine for regular residential cleaning but not ideal for Airbnb.
I was hired at the end of June as a new part-time employee to start. Kim and I spoke right before the long weekend in July in regards to start dates. Kim went silent directly afterwards. She didn't return my calls, text messages and never followed through with the hiring process. One month later, I requested a REFUND of the money I spent to become an employee with her company. Kim did a moving out clean for us. She was thorough and professional. We would definitely use her again.
