After several weeks of experience using their service I was happy with the level of cleanliness but I would not recommend for a short term rental or Airbnb. Inconsistent communication and lack of attention to detail makes it a challenge to run your business. I’m sure they are fine for regular residential cleaning but not ideal for Airbnb.
I was hired at the end of June as a new part-time employee to start. Kim and I spoke right before the long weekend in July in regards to start dates. Kim went silent directly afterwards. She didn't return my calls, text messages and never followed through with the hiring process. One month later, I requested a REFUND of the money I spent to become an employee with her company. Kim did a moving out clean for us. She was thorough and professional. We would definitely use her again.
First experience using their service and very happy with the quality of cleaning and services offered for a short term rental!
I have used this company twice and would not recommend to others if you're looking for reliability. Most recently the company did not complete my cleaning and did not rebook my cleaning and did not return my deposit. I was notified by email 30 minutes prior to arrival time that staff were unavailable to complete my cleaning as booked (in advance of a special occasion at my house). As requested, I provided new availability within my time frame and I did not hear back from the company nor did I receive a refund on my deposit. ... read more
