I miss my old Dr (Abramenko ) the replacement likes to control !! She’s got a lot to learn ..she knows it all so she thinks She would not renew my statins a couple years ago cause I received my blood work sheet and didn’t get my bloodwork done until 9 days later (I was away) problem was my RX had run out and she would not renew . I ended up missing almost 2 weeks of meds She told me it was preventative only ..no big deal I was not happy considering my mother died of heart attack as did my. Have been a patient of this clinic for a couple of years. Always impressed by the dedication of services provided here. Yes the waiting time could be long and the appointment time may be a month away. However as long as you get through the phone and explain to the receptionist, they always go out of their way to try to help you. I had very good experiences with Priscilla, Jana and Natalie multiple times and felt I am being taken good care of just to name a few. Called in to book an appointment asap, first available is 2.5 months away??? I imagine most people trying to get in need to see a doctor for immediate care (pain, sickness, injury, etc). 2.5 months just doesn't work for anyone. Result is more patients will be going to emergency. My doctor is great, just can't seem to get in to see her, lol. Something is definitely not working. Healthcare needs an overhaul.
