Simply the best place in town that I have found for tires. The service is superb and their prices are very good. Just a quick update after years of using these guys: they remain consistently great. I've never been anything other than impressed by their service. Update #2 - after yet another great service, I can't think of another service shop on Ottawa that I trust more than these guys. They do so much more than just tires and rims.
