I started seeing Carolyn as a fluke, hurt myself and needed someone to see me fast. One massage and I was hooked!! She's an excellent massage therapist and takes great pride in it. She genuinely cares about your health and wants to help you.
I've seen many massage therapists before, and Carolyn has been by far the best one yet! She was extremely thorough and paid attention to my long term well being rather than a short term fix. She was incredibly knowledgeable as well and gave me lots of self-care tips for in between massages.
I had on and off right shoulder pain. After one visit, it felt better then it had in 7 years. I have since done the activity that would aggravate my shoulder, yet my shoulder was fine, no pain! Carolyn really knows what she's doing!
I've followed the owner, Carolyn Code RMT around thru several massage studios/clinics/fitness centers she's worked at for the past three years and now she's opened her own operation on Catherine street across from the Greyhound bus station (corner of lyon, right past the 417 on-ramp). Reasonable rates on par with others in Ottawa, have gotten both regular and hot stone treatments. She's better at taking & updating client care/medical histories than many RMTs I've used in Ottawa.
