I hired Ottawa Structural Residential Services for a very large but straightforward foundation job. Months of frustration were due to the company's poor management of schedules and timelines; the lack of concern for the property (unnecessary damage to the driveway, the lawn and pipes); and the higher cost compared to other companies. I didn't notice the positive reviews were from years ago.

I havent actually worked with Ottawa Structural, but had a very positive interaction with Micheal, the general manager. I called me after I sent a request for a quote even if they did have the intention to quote, due to the job falling outiside their regular scope of work. Took the time to explain some details and propose a solution aligned with our need, even if they werent going to do the work themselves. We have been trying to reach someone for months to check on work they previously did at our house. No return call back and dodging calls. Seems like this is a business to avoid! Shouldn't have to harass a business to get work done.
