A completely unsatisfactory and pointless experience. Rifan was very helpful, and I thank him for his cooperation and attempts to assist, but unfortunately, I didn't get anything out of paying. My mistake was telling them about specific problems with my car and asking for an engine check to find out the fault and why my check engine light was on! We purchased a used vehicle from Fatima who greeted us right away and had us in the vehicle we chose within 5 minutes. Fatima was very personable and informative throughout the whole process. The finance manager was also low pressure and helpful. We had a handful of concerns with the vehicle and Mike and Fatima went out of their way to address all of our concerns. We drove away very happy in our new to us vehicle. We would certainly be a returning customer.
