My wife and I were getting our floors redone and needed a hearth removed from our living room. Aurelio came right away to assess the job and had it removed shortly thereafter, the job so neat you’d never have thought we even had a hearth there. And he was always willing to stop to explain everything he was doing every step of the way whenever we had questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with them again for any future work.
Aurel saved us a slew of money! He was able to recommend and take care of issues that always pop up in a renovation. Identified and offered to seal a problem spot needing to be fixed in the foundation. From the start I appreciated the way they were organizing the work needing to be done and taking care of the details that are associated and comes with doing a whole basement. Thanks Aurelio!
I hired Aurelio to replace my counter. He contracted out the counter installation. The counter guys cut the hole for the sink but said that our contractor would need to move the hinges on the cabinet doors underneath (they are tight against the sink). Aurelio claimed that there was enough space and refused to move the hinges unless I paid him more. I also complained that my new counter seemed flimsy and he said it would be an additional $300 to reinforce it. Not sure why I need to pay more to get the job done properly.
My husband and I have hired Aurelio and his team to help us with our kitchen renovation. A project that was thought to be very straight forward became more complex when Aurelio uncovered the shoddy workmanship done during previous renovations (done under a previous owner). The floor of the kitchen was in very bad shape and was spongy. His professionalism had him reaching out to us with options for improving the structural issues.
