I had a clogged kitchen drain. After the first visit, the drain backed up again. After a second visit, it was still unresolved, resulting in a third flood in my kitchen. At some point, I believe they replaced a small section of drain, though I was never provided a quote or clear description of the work, despite supplying my cc, email and contact details for billing. Shoddy workmanship, terrible follow up service, don't show up for appointments to fix their broken work. Had Ottawa Plumbing and Heating (invoice 0071798) install American Standard comfort size toilet at this rental home I just moved into Aug, 2025, after convincing landlady I'd have it professionally done to avoid mishaps in her nice home. They charged double for same toilet sold at retail outlets, plus labour. This is our first renovation, and we’ve had a really pleasant experience with the team. Jack was super friendly and knowledgeable when he arrived to do the assessment of our basement. He was exceptionally quick to send the quote as well as loop in other team members to ensure all our needs could be met. Matthew Simpson and his team did a great job moving our trickle-system tank, pumps, and hot water tank. Their work is quality and efficient. We look forward to continuing our Reno’s with this team.

I would like to thank Sue Fisher for installing a new condenser and new air handler in my condominium at 211 Second Ave in the Glebe. She is a very experienced and professional person. She knows what she is doing and is calm and efficient in dealing with her team. Thank you! Good job !
