Considering the reviews it seems like this is a scam
A little disappointed to learn that my daughter-in-law was scammed for $50 by Universal Driving (Bank St. location). Seems she requested to have a driving lesson with them, paid them in advance, the instructor fumbled the scheduling of the lesson, and then was totally non-responsive with my DIL to reschedule. It wasn't until she posted a negative review that the instructor decided to get in touch with her, and demanded she retract her negative review before he would give her her money back. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I scheduled a driving lesson and my assigned instructor - Hess said he would meet me the next day. Then 5 min. Later he said he sent the wrong text and that the lesson would be in 2 weeks. So I reluctantly agreed. The next day at 1pm he texts me saying he's outside. I wasn't at home and I was looking after my 1 year old son at the time so I couldn't meet him. I told him so and I was annoyed.
