My husband and I chose the Ottawa Medical Group for the medical exam as it was the closest to our place. To my surprise the experience was quick and really good! The assessments/tests were done in a highly efficient and smooth manner. My husband and I were there only for about an hour and half, which was great! Dr Elfazari and his team cared for me during my pregnancy (we just had our daughter in May). He is an incredible doctor. So compassionate, kind and personable. I truly cannot recommend him enough. My husband and I felt so cared for every step of the way by him, his nurse Gabby and his admin Karine. What a great medical team. The best OB we could have ever asked for. We feel so fortunate to have been in his care.
Dr Marleau is an incredible, professional, highly-skilled, humane and caring doctor. I am so very grateful to him, his nurse Monique who is a fabulous nurse, his team, and his staff. The building is poorly designed with staircases (no ramps), requiring use of the elevator to go up 8 feet between half floors for anyone with mobility issues. The parking rates are exorbitant. The receptionists for the doctors are rude, intrusive, and have a personal belief that they deserve more respect than patients. I look forward to my specialist finding a new location for his practice.
I am very pleased with my consultation with specialist Iryna. She assessed the condition of my skin using the Visia device and recommended an effective home care regimen. I highly recommend her professional services to anyone who cares about their skin.
