Omar did an excellent job repairing our roof after the snow damage. He was professional, punctual, and very thorough in his work. The repair was completed with great care and attention to detail, and everything looks perfect now. I truly appreciate his skill and dedication. Highly recommended!

Had a new roof installed 2 years ago. First rain of 2022 my mud room and sunroom started leaking. I reached out to Pristine twice before someone responded and made an appointment for them to drop by to have a look. The person that came by identified the issue and said that he would speak with the person that drew up the plans for my roof. Terrible communication and unable to get a quote for a slightly more difficult job. These guys came to my house to provide me with an estimate for a job but didn't gather all the information they needed. They said they would have to come back a different day to take another look. After weeks of following up with them all I heard was radio silence. Was able to get quotes from other companies with no issues. Would not recommend. My estimator was Rick.
