Lisa was efficient, professional and calm and made both parent and child feel at ease in a stressful situation. Very fortunately we didn’t need her full services as it was just a check but I would not hesitate to recommend her to others or use her services in future if ever needed.

Lisa was incredible. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my booking request on New Year’s Day which was very helpful and surprising. Their services are expensive but she was very straightforward about that and in my opinion it was totally worth it to learn from a professional and have a little more peace of mind in a scary situation.
