They do a good job cutting the grass (front and back) and trimming the edges. Always courteous. Responded quickly to an issue one time.

We used Ottawa Lawn Salon to finish pulling the weeds from my backyard and to put down new sod. They did a great job levelling the back yard and building it up where it needed. One month after the work and our lawn is looking fantastic. Overall, everyone from the company communicated well. Work and billing was clear and done on time. I would hire them again!
If I could leave a -5 i would this owner does not? He didn't care for the safety of his staff, right? Has the machines that do not work properly, right?Expects the clients to haul around equipment in trailers, that do not attach properly to the vehicles. It's a safety hazard for everybody on the road, including it. His staff members, it does not pay his staff appropriately for the amount of labor that they work and the environments they work in in the heat and bad weather, expecting his staff to work in pouring down ray cutt... read more
