I had high expectations based on their reputation, prices, and glowing reviews about the staff being kind and knowledgeable, but my experience was the opposite. The receptionist I spoke with was unhelpful, and completely unresponsive. I asked a few simple questions, like the basic difference between laser and microneedling, and even specified I was just looking for a vague idea. I had my first chemical peel on Friday and it was amazing.
