Phenomenal experience with such a professional, caring & highly-qualified team (and in a gorgeous space!). My 7yr-old was referred by our pediatrician for a small laser procedure on her face. I was really surprised and disappointed by my experience calling Ottawa Laser Clinic. I had high expectations based on their reputation, prices, and glowing reviews about the staff being kind and knowledgeable, but my experience was the opposite. The receptionist I spoke with was unhelpful, and completely unresponsive. I asked a few simple questions, like the basic difference between laser and microneedling, and even specified I was just looking for a vague idea.
