Hired Ottawa House Painters to paint my staircase walls that were extremely high where I couldn't reach and they did a fabulous job! Rob arrived on time and was super friendly and professional, plus he did an amazing job with the cutting (didn't touch the ceiling at all) and the paint job looks soooo good and perfect. Very very happy with his work and the manager came by to check the work afterwards to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, which was a nice touch! And all at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend :)
We chose Ottawa House Painters to paint several rooms in our house and are deeply disappointed with the experience. The company told us it wouldn't be an issue to colour-match the colours we chose. However, they chose an inappropriate base to mix the white colour we had selected and the colour ended up being yellow on our walls. When brought to their attention, they said they would cover the cost of new paint (which they did) and the first coat of the white over the yellow.
