We chose Ottawa House Painters to paint several rooms in our house and are deeply disappointed with the experience. The company told us it wouldn't be an issue to colour-match the colours we chose. However, they chose an inappropriate base to mix the white colour we had selected and the colour ended up being yellow on our walls. When brought to their attention, they said they would cover the cost of new paint (which they did) and the first coat of the white over the yellow. This is a shell company that sells your info to multiple other painters. Find a real company that actually does the work they claim to do
Excellent experience. Showed up on time and ready to work, and they did a really professional job for us. Would highly recommend. We asked to have the exterior painted at very short notice as we were going away for a while, and they did everything to accommodate us. Communication was also excellent.
OHP is a great family owned painting company. Great team! Friendly, professionnal, and conscientious. Clean up after work. Great communication. Ponctual. Thank you all for making our home beautiful.
