The building is old but the suites are clean and the location is great for staying near the Civic hospital and the heart institute.
Staff is very accommodating, friendly and informative. Rooms are comfortable, clean, stocked with pots, dishes, etc. Walking distance to Ottawa Civic and Heart Institute.
AMAZING Staff & TLC
We are staying here now as my wife is in hospital.. very functional hotel/ residence. Good value. They are presently doing a major renovation, that will be great! Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful as we both had requests. It is a good homebase as you are out of town in hospital.. it is quite close to stores, restaurants etc. close walking distance to Ottawa Civic and Heart Institute, 200 & 400 m
