I had an excellent experience purchasing a used Honda CRV at Honda's Pre-Owned a month ago. Amir was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. Sharon provided a wealth of valuable information. All in all, the team there was just a pleasure to work with! So far, I'm impressed with my new-used CRV. I would recommend Honda's Pre-Owned to anyone seeking a quality used vehicle - especially a Honda!
A bad experience all around. Horrible sales person who was very rude and borderline confrontational. I bought a car which has been nothing but trouble for a year and a half. Air conditioning has gone twice, check engine light came on shortly after I bought it. Turned out they sold it to me without a gasket on some part of the fuel pump. Had to pay out of pocket to get that fixed. Stay away. You would be better to buy a car anywhere else.
Wonderful experience here! Orlando took very good care of me and got us the exact vehicle we were looking for! Communicated great and handled all of our questions! Sharon was very friendly and competent, which gave me confidence in all the decisions I made! Vehicle was affordable and they worked hard to save us as much money as they could within the confines.
