My experience was extremely disappointing due to poor customer service, broken promises, and a lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, my dealings with Orland were very frustrating. He repeatedly promised that my car would be ready on Tuesday, so I canceled the insurance on my old vehicle. On Tuesday, he called to say the car was not ready after all, forcing me to contact my insurance company to reinstate coverage on my old car.
