Best vacation travel planning and service our family has experienced. OHTC listened to our desires and our limitations and provided a wonderful trip which we will remember for a lifetime time. We are planning our next two trips now with them.
Sadly, our travel advisor left us hanging when things went wrong at the very beginning of an international trip that OHT arranged. A travel agency/agent is only as good as the service partners they recommend. As we are currently sitting in the Philadelphia airport with no means to get to our international destination on a trip coordinated by and purchased thru OHT, (cancelled flight by recommended airline) hearing our travel advisor say “Now that you’ve checked in, this is no longer our responsibility” is absolutely infuriat... read more
