Rushed service. Difficulty getting simple questions answered. Hung up with Kimm & contacted another local travel agent & was able to book the same day.

When I called I asked for more information they seemed put off answered quickly and asked if there was anything else didn't offer to let me speak top anyone about the trip I'm trying to plan I now have to call else where.
