This Medical Clinic with comprehensive healthcare services is a true gem of a find! You have Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractor, physiotherapists and 2 front desk Clinic Assistants all in one area of the building. The staff is helpful, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Telephones ARE answered and if you do have to leave a message, there is a reply in a timely fashion! Good communication between client/patient and services…..You don’t feel left in a lurch! Very satisfied with everything.
Dr. Rich is amazing! His practice is so versatile. He will try various techniques to address the problem. He is so knowledgable and such a good communicator. I have learned a great deal in my two sessions with him already and the treatments are already giving results. I also want to thank the staff who is so friendly!
We signed up for the NP program when we moved to Ottawa a few years ago and couldn’t find a family doctor. We couldn’t be happier with Jenny and the staff.
