They don’t have experience doing eyebrow waxing (dont know about other services) asked about it, they said yes, then started pushing threading which I said I didn’t want more than 3 times, well the lady had no clue how to do waxing, she blamed the wax saying it was not good, she took it off slowly, left a hole in my eyebrow (she said it was my eyebrow - it isn’t as the hole wasn’t there) they just shouldn’t offer something they don’t know how to do. Had a perm, eyebrow threading and tinting done there today (Sun, Mar 2, 2025). Nice, clean salon, very professional and friendly staff! Very pleased with how everything turned out.
SAIMA is a terrific, professional and knowledgeable hairdresser. I coloured my own blonde hair and ended with dark brown and copper hair. I panicked and called their salon for help. Saima saved the day with her kind help. She restored my hair and put highlights!!! I am sooo thankful and appreciate her talent as my hair looks wonderful!!!🤩.
