I am in the process of moving to a new home from Minto and had to deal with Ottawa Garage Door Services (OGDS) for opener installation, since they claim the garage door warranty will be void unless THEY do the installation. Honestly, the whole experience was a complete disaster. I highly recommend this business for garage repair services. I called in the morning, Liam was awesome trying to walk me through troubleshooting to avoid a service visit ($) that could be resolved myself and did not pressure me at all. He was upfront about the fees and Paul arrived that same morning, fixed my issue quickly. Paul was extremely personable and patiently answered my questions on how to fix the issue the next time it could happen. What a relief!
This company is absolutely amazing. In a world of flaky contractors and poor workmanship this company is a stand out. Corey and his team should be your only call for garage door install and service. They are prompt , honest and do quality work. They installed the garage door on our house in 2020, the function and quality are top notch.
