Ordered A/C part online, item displayed as “12 in-stock”, website stated that I would receive an email to confirm curb side pick-up within 24 hours of purchase. I received the confirmation call and email 30 minutes after online purchase. Received text message with address for curb side pick up. Great service / “in-stock” is definitely in-stock so you can trust website / courteous and friendly staff.

Five days after our A/C broke down, Ottawafurnaseparts promptly replaced it with a high quality unit that was out of stock elsewhere. Unlike 3 other vendors who BS'd about an extended warranty, they were straight with me. They honored everything they said they would. I highly recommend them.

Variety of parts and quick turn around..i was able to order a new furnace board on Sunday and pick it up same day. Definitely will be my source for hvac parts

Answered their phones on a Friday evening and were willing to arrange pickup that same evening so that I could get my AC running. Excellent service.
