Excellent, reliable and fast service; after waiting 2 days for a part quote from another local company, I was lucky to find Ottawa Furnace Parts, bought the part and included installation online, asked also for a quote for an adjacent service, all inquiries were responded immediately, technician came in just 3 hours and fixed my furnace with great attention to detail; they receive training directly from manufacturer, good technicians, provide correct and detailed answers, they are better in order to repair your furnace fast ... read more
