This place is going to put other companies like Reliance and enercare out of business. You can buy parts to fix it your self or have them come fix it. You can diagnose it your self or have them diagnose it. They're less then half the price of other companies. I bought two wrong parts(my fault), back to back the had them come diagnose and repair it afterwards because the house was getting chilly. They didn't charge me for the diagnoses and the Tech was awsome and clean. I'll be calling them for everything from now on.

5 stars services!!!! I had a quote from another company, (821$) to change the gas vavle on my furnace, they couldnt come for another 5 days waiting for the part (jan 31st, furnace is dead). I called Ottawa furnace parts, they came the dame day. Diagnose the problem and fixed it for 327$. Super comprehensive techand team. Will go through them in the future. Great team!!!!

Mehrdad was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. I had already purchased a new gas valve for my furnace, but after diagnosing the system, he clearly explained that the issue wasn’t the valve at all, it was a drainage problem. His honesty, transparency, and professionalism really stood out. He fixed the issue right away and even returned the gas valve for me. I truly appreciated the quality of his work and the integrity he brought to the job.

I can’t wait to thank them enough, my furnace was broken on Friday and called the local technician came to check and asked us to replace the entire furnace. I found this place through google and response was prompt. They give me a reasonable quote for replacing the Lennox furnace.They brought brand new furnace with them , fixed ,cleaned and did the job very professionally and left around 9PM. Outside weather was -15 . I can’t thank them enough.
