Ottawa Furnace Parts is a fantastic supplier! My AC broke down due to a bad capacitor, and I needed a quick fix. I placed my order at 5:00 PM on a Saturday, received a callback with pickup instructions by 5:30 PM, and had the part in hand by 6:30 PM. In an emergency situation like this, time really matters, and this business proved they truly care about their customers. To top it off, their prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much!
