Terrible experience with OFR Contractors. They constantly missed deadlines and hardly communicated — I had to chase them every time only to just to get update. When the work was finally done, it was not good and badly finished, like they worked on rush through everything. OFR did foundation work at my home in October 2023. The work consisted of digging down to the footings, patching and reinforcing a corner foundation crack. I've waited until now to say that I am so pleased with Yousef's work and to report that my basement has remained dry. No more soggy carpet in that corner of my finished basement! Yusuf was on time, delivered a great job and the price was reasonable. The basement wall had a minor leak. Other companies gave us quotes for two areas of leaks but Yusuf was thorough in examining the area carefully and coming up with one leak spot.
