I phoned and texted this company to drop off an area carpet for cleaning. At no time was I told that the Google address listed was just a mailbox. I went to the address listed and of course no one was there. When I finally reached a representative live I was told that they only pick-up carpets. This would have been nice to know before I drove through the rush hour traffic to get there! Poor customer service.

We had Richard come out to work on some pretty nasty pet stains in our basement. He really seemed to know what he was doing, and when he was done it looked great and the smell was gone. Hopefully the damn dog can stay out of the basement!! Great job on the work side. Phone staff was professional, and the services were as promised.

Issues from start to finish. It took three days for someone to show up to our booking as it kept being put off, then cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled, meaning our work schedules and school drop off/pick ups had to keep being rearranged for three days. It was up to us to call frequently and we kept being told it would "be just another hour or so" until they cancelled altogether. We had a technician come in from Eco-Pro for a mold problem that we had in our basement. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had a quote for us within the day. Pricing was very reasonable, but we especially liked how complete and thorough he was. We had 2 other companies come in and really didn’t seem like they understood what was the root cause of the problem. We accepted the estimate and within a few days, the problem was solved. I would highly recommend Eco-Pro and encourage others looking for mold removal to call them.
