Kaaz was excellent. Did a great job getting us back to order in the kitchen on short notice. No surprise fees. What was promised was what was delivered, and at the price quoted. That is worth praising and celebrating these days. No hesitation recommending this company. Worth every star .

I called Ottawa Drain Cleaning after I had failed numerous plunging attempts on my clogged kitchen sink drain - Kaz dropped by later that day. The clog was more difficult than expected, but Kaz continued spending time and effort snaking the drains with such determination before recommending the expensive hydro-jetting option. Amazing work by Raz. Had a clogged toilet after my toddler threw a toy. He asked questions over the phone to understand the problem and told me to confirm with downstairs neighbors first if they had any issues. He then came on time and instantly got to work. In less than an hour, he tried initially with the snake device, then opened the toilet and retrieved the toy, and closed the toilet!
