I called Ottawa Drain Cleaning after I had failed numerous plunging attempts on my clogged kitchen sink drain - Kaz dropped by later that day. Amazing work by Raz. Had a clogged toilet after my toddler threw a toy. He asked questions over the phone to understand the problem and told me to confirm with downstairs neighbors first if they had any issues. He then came on time and instantly got to work. In less than an hour, he tried initially with the snake device, then opened the toilet and retrieved the toy, and closed the toilet! Really great service! I called in the evening with an "emergency", Kaz talked me through it and we decided that the situation wasn't as bad as I thought it was. He came out the next day and sorted everything out really quickly with no drama. On time, great communication, great service, very happy to explain how everything plumbing related works in my house. Couldn't be happier with the speedy service we just received.
Was told by numerous plumbers and drain cleaning firms that it was not possible to remove the roots from my sewer pipe and they said l needed to excavate and put in a new pipe. Estimates were around $20K-25K. As a last chance l found Kaz. He cleared the pipe in under 2 hours and saved me thousands. Really professional and a really nice guy. Highly recommended
