Phil and his team did an amazing job building our deck. He was patient with our questions and always considered our requests and ideas. The deck was constructed with care and attention to detail, ensuring that everything was just right. He and the crew were extremely clean and always picked up after their work was done which was extra important to us since we have dogs. Highly recommend!
The company was replacing our next door neighbors deck and he noticed a wood pile we had to be thrown out. He offered to remove the wood for FREE, very nice guy!
🚨 Ottawa Homeowners – BEWARE! 🚨 I had a terrible experience with Ottawa Deck Builder's and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Phil took my order, then sent two workers who don’t speak English and couldn’t answer a single question. Every time I asked about the job, they said: “I don’t know, call Phil.” The deck was built with errors and poor workmanship, and when I asked Phil to fix the mistakes, he completely ignored me.
