Phil took my order, then sent two workers who don’t speak English and couldn’t answer a single question. Every time I asked about the job, they said: “I don’t know, call Phil.” The deck was built with errors and poor workmanship, and when I asked Phil to fix the mistakes, he completely ignored me.
