I’ve been on hold for 2.5 hours trying to call the health department for an appointment. I was at caller #2, and stayed at caller #1 for the remainder of my time on hold. Your health department closed at 5:00 while my call was just hanging out in the que. Terrible.
Did not bill my insurance correctly. even though they asked for it twice. When I try to speak to anyone from billing I get no answer, and no call back. Seems like the people working here don’t take their clients seriously anymore. Be very cautious when it comes to billing and insurance or you can end up with an outstanding bill you didn’t know about.

I do not live in Ottawa County. According to what I've heard in the media no specifics are given. Now the Commission wants one person to be able to hire and fire. No vote needed. That sounds so illegal. Usually there's a process for firing where a person is given a warning, etc. What did Hambley do?
