Poor management in resolving problems; the property manager focuses solely on maintenance and similar matters, completely ignoring residents' issues and failing to address any of their concerns; he doesn't respond to letters or emails; and his responses are always delayed, citing excessive busyness, as if resolving problems or caring for tenants isn't his responsibility. I know what I've written isn't important, but perhaps there's only one person who cares.
Because homeless people there live 1041 Wellington Street West and this not fair because we pay rent.
