I love the service
We had great service at Gentle Procedures (Ottawa Location)! Dr. Kee and his team (nurses and receptionist) were very kind and all so informative. They left no questions unanswered and made the whole experience as calming as could be for nervous parents. The clinic sends you home with instructions on what to do for aftercare and tips of what to look out for. The Dr. Kee and nurses took very good care of my little boy, my wife and myself. The procedure went flawlessly and there were no complications, infecfions, injuries, or concerns even more than 24 hours after the procedure. It has now been 6 days since the procedure and my son has fully recovered. It looks absolutely perfect aesteically as well. I highly recommend this clinic for circumcisions. 5 star service, care and professionalism.
