We had a very positive experience at Gentle Procedures Ottawa for our baby’s circumcision. The appointment was quick, and the procedure itself was very fast as well. Doctor Kee did a great job and explained everything that was happening throughout the procedure, which really helped put us at ease. The nurse also took the time to carefully explain the aftercare for the next few days in detail, and answered all of our questions. Was recommended this clinic by my midwife and couldn’t be more satisfied. My son slept through the whole procedure (can’t be a more gentle procedure than that). Not only was Dr Kee great, the aftercare was amazing with fast responses and going so far as to call my pharmacy to ensure they had what I need in stock.
The process was seamless and a clear explanation of every procedure was given. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a circumcision clinic.
