This was my first time visiting the hospital with my special needs daughter, and unfortunately the receptionist was rude and disrespectful to us right from the start. That made an already stressful situation much harder. However, the rest of the staff nurses, doctors, and others were amazing, kind, and respectful. I hope the hospital addresses the front desk behavior, because the clinical team truly deserves better representation.
Admin didn’t tell us we could have gotten a parking pass at the treatment centre. They made us walk the way from the hospital instead.
