3.5/5 Stars TLDR: Staff is friendly, recommend avoid taking appointments between 11:50am to 1:00pm to avoid staff breaks and long wait times. Giving this rating as I waited 1h 30mins to see the doctor. Appointment was at 12:15pm, arrived at 12:00pm to be on time. Didn't get seated into a private room until 1:00pm. I saw the doctor at 1:30pm in which I was told the appointment was supposed to be virtual but the day before I was told about the appointment being in person. I am so thankful for the experience with the Technologist at the Ottawa Cardiovascular Centre - ORLEANS. The testing went smoothly and Hannah was so calming and professional. She explained every step making sure I was comfortable and at ease; *especially keeping me covered adequately throughout the exam. I have had an ECG at another place years ago and that was one thing that made me uncomfortable; the gentleman just left everything of mine exposed. Anyways, kudos to Hannah and the lovely staff at front desk. 😊
