I’ve had two issues with a cracked screen in the last 5-6months for my iPhone 11. Both times RJ went above and beyond to help with my phone, answered my questions after hours (was absolutely unexpected) and had my phone ready for pick up on the weekend well after his regular store hours. Very pleasant interactions both times. The price is favourable and knowing my luck I’ll use the services here in the future!

Friendly helpful staff. Got high quality products. They kindly charged my new portable batteries for me while I shopped, because I had an urgent need to use them same day for an event.

I have had occasion to use Smartphone Repair Ottawa several times for myself and for my parents-in-law. Each time, I have been impressed with the excellent and knowledgable service. whether it was a repair or a reset, it was done swiftly and correctly the first time. Prices are more than fair; consistently lower than mall-based repair clinics. In addition, my in-laws, who are elderly, were treated with great patience and respect. A wonderful addition to the Beacon Hill business community!

I dropped my phone in water first thing in the morning and sent an email out to Smartphone Repair Ottawa explaining that I'd be dropping my phone off later on in the day and asking for any advice on what I should do in the meantime. The owner replied promptly and when I brought in my phone, was so amazing to deal with! He gave me an extremely reasonable quote right away and was a straight shooter about the chances of my phone being fixed. My phone went down and after trying everything on YouTube, and after visiting four other establishments (truth), I finally felt comfortable with what I found here. RJ is a good guy who made the rather vulnerable process of having to get my phone fixed smooth and clean. He carefully conveyed what had caused the problem, and what needed to be done to fix it. He did a good job and his pricing was fair. I highly recommend RJ at SRO.
