I’ve had two issues with a cracked screen in the last 5-6months for my iPhone 11. Both times RJ went above and beyond to help with my phone, answered my questions after hours (was absolutely unexpected) and had my phone ready for pick up on the weekend well after his regular store hours. Very pleasant interactions both times. The price is favourable and knowing my luck I’ll use the services here in the future!

I have had occasion to use Smartphone Repair Ottawa several times for myself and for my parents-in-law. Each time, I have been impressed with the excellent and knowledgable service. whether it was a repair or a reset, it was done swiftly and correctly the first time. Prices are more than fair; consistently lower than mall-based repair clinics. In addition, my in-laws, who are elderly, were treated with great patience and respect. A wonderful addition to the Beacon Hill business community!

My phone went down and after trying everything on YouTube, and after visiting four other establishments (truth), I finally felt comfortable with what I found here. RJ is a good guy who made the rather vulnerable process of having to get my phone fixed smooth and clean. He carefully conveyed what had caused the problem, and what needed to be done to fix it. He did a good job and his pricing was fair. I highly recommend RJ at SRO.

My IPad glass was severely cracked and I did some research as to who have what service. The comments for Smart Phone Repair were good and focused on getting the job done for the quoted price and the quoted timing. So I decided to try it. While the store is quite small, the service was amazing and super courteous. The work was done as per the quoted price and timing. I would not hesitate to use this service again and actually probably will as I am sure I will develop other phone or IPad issues. Thanks a ton!
