This man does not listen to his patients & does what he wants. I was referred to him by another provider for further evaluation including & MRI & he denied all of what the other provider was attempting to have done. My first visit with him lasted 10minutes exactly. He spent no time with me at all & just told me to monitor my injury. He told me it will just take time. He made me feel small, unheard, and uncared for. It was like he was more interested in getting the job done than done well. I had such high hopes for finding an answer to why I was in pain today and all I got was a set back.

Had outpatient shoulder replacement surgery done with no complications in February 2021. Followed instructions from Dr. Ottaviani and Physical Therapist--everything was great--no more nagging pain and limited mobility in right shoulder. Back to driving and other activities within eight weeks--not twelve.

Dr. Ottaviani performed a surgery to place a rod in my mother’s broken femur. The rod he installed not only was faulty, he completely missed that her hip was fractured. For several months, my mother would return in agonizing pain. She was treated as if she were a drug addict trying to get pills. She spent many nights crying that no one believed she had pain in her groin. She even requested X-rays, that he refused, saying things were healing nicely.
