I have had two recent encounters with Ott Plumbing. Both times a young man named Christian Smith was on the call. It was handled very professionally and the prices were more than fair. If you need plumbing work done I highly recommend them.
I’ve used OTT for a couple of homes and have been happy with the results and impressed by their professionalism each time. Cost was reasonable (below what I was expecting), didn’t suggest unnecessary expenses, and solved the problems they were called to solve. Definitely will use them again.
