What a great golf-cart buying experience! No hassle, got a great deal, and they went the extra mile. Truly over-and-above our expectations. When they found out we have a special needs daughter that loves golf cart rides, they installed a seatbelt for us on the passenger side - no extra charge. They delivered the cart to us the same day we bought it, and took the time to explain all the details: not only how to operate it, but how to properly maintain the cart. My husband and I bought a cart here in May and was great service and was very accommodating with what seat and other extras that we requested and were completely satisfied. A month later we had our cart quit on us and it was during the weekend and we called them and left a message and Mark called us back and stated that he would have someone out to see us on Monday. Chris showed up and got the cart fixed Monday morning and even brought a cart for us to use if he had to take it back to Spokane to fix it. Best Customer Service... read more
