Excellent customer service, great pricing for good coverage. I’ve seen the Owner, Griffin Ott arrive at a Client’s home while the fire department was still there putting the fire out. That’s caring about your customers unlike any huge national or online company provides. Griffin and Abby, the office manager offer coaching, and helpful advice to help save money. I just called and got the owner on the phone. He answered my questions right away and made the adjustments I needed really quickly. He even caught an error on my billing which I didn't know about. He corrected it for me so my bank would handle the Escrow correctly. I was only on the phone for a few minutes. I really like their service and highly recommend them.
