I recently had Ott come out to install a BendPak lift for us, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, they exceeded all of our expectations. The installation was flawless, and the team was professional and efficient. Communication was top-notch throughout the process, keeping us informed every step of the way. They also showed up right on time, which was a big plus. Highly recommend Ott for anyone looking to have a lift installed—fantastic service all around!

I had a two post car lift delivered and installed today. The service was first class. I have high expectations for service which are very rarely met. Ott Equipment is definitely a rare exception. Shane and Harrison who did the installation knew their stuff. Were very efficient and precise. Everything was put together professionally and on top cleaned everything before they left. Would highly recommend to everyone considering a car lift or anything else they sell/service.
