Clean, well organized shop - always a good indicator of quality work. I could ve got cheaper work somewhere else, but I seriously doubt I could ve got the careful, clean quality work I got at Ott & D. These guys are knowledgeable about medium/heavy truck parts, and responsive too. All that said, I was happy to give these guys my money.
