Friendly guy. Bad doctor. Pill pushing smiley face. Don't count on him when you, or your parent, ends up in the hospital.
While Dr Ott & PA are highly capable, the implementation of a "new system" has caused havoc to patients. Since then, waits on hold have exceeded 30 - 45 minutes. Then either no one answers or they answer, put you on hold & never come back. Requests for records never processed. Had to go in person. Request for written doctor's order has taken 6 calls, over 4 hrs on hold, no calls back, no written order in over 1 week of trying. Office mgr rudely blames new system. Patient service now SUCKS.
