Otsuka Ramen & Bar did NOT disappoint. The d�cor inside is just like a ramen pub you'd find in Japan. A trendy and cozy atmosphere. The staff are kind and hospitable. They refill your drinks and are attentive to your orders. Everything they cook is homemade, fresh and piping hot when it arrives at your table. Otsuka has a great variety of appetizers, ramen bowls and sushi platters. They don't have a lot of rice bowls to choose from, though. sat for over 30 minutes watching table after table get served there ramen—including multiple groups who ordered way after we did. When we finally brought it to the staff's attention that our food still hadn't arrived, there was no attempt to fix it, no sense of urgency to resolve the issue. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff just blamed "the machine." THE MACHINE. The ramen here is pretty good. My only complaint is the noodles seem undercooked compared to other places I go.
