Our community can be justifiably proud of our bus system. They provide a very valuable service.
Got charged for day I had canceled went and paid the 2.00 anyway Tuesday October 22 2024 incase I needed the bus system again
The Otsego County bus system works well most of the time. The drivers and most of the dispatchers are usually courteous. However one of the dispatchers is uniformly rude and abrasive. Whenever I talk with John he comes across as irritated that I have even called. I try to be as polite as possible but he constantly talks over me and is critical of everything I say. It would be nice of I could know the hours he works so that I could forever avoid dealing with him.
Drivers complain too much about having to clean a little mess up get too many days off never take them again
Very reliable, professional, and flexible.
