I took my son for his first haircut, he is non verbal and they were really great with him. They were patient and kind. My son was moving around and laughing the entire time but we still were able to get his hair cut. I am grateful for your time and my son looks so cute with his new haircut. Thank you

Sal at OT's has the best customer service I've seen in a long time. The guys are cool and deliver a nice fade. I feel fresh when I leave from the shop. 11/11/24- update My 16 year old son went in to the shop to get a haircut and came home sad. Barber Romeo told him he couldn't fade the back of his hair due to dandruff. I went in with my son and spoke with Romeo. Romeo told me he would fix the cut for an additional charge of a full cut instead of just trimming the back and fixing the cut he did. My son and I walked out, went ... read more
