Bought a 754 74hp tractor back in August. Len the mechanic told me to bring my tractor back in October to put a block heater in and fix up a few other things. Plus he said he would throw in a free 50hr service for having to bring it in. I brought my tractor in. Yeah was a week late. But was using it to make money. They took 7 days to put a block heater in, oil change etc. I walk inside and was told the bill was 1280$. I said for what. They said it covered the service. I was told it was free. Anyways. I bought a 42MT starter from them. After a few uses, it was short and failed. Then, instead of repairing under the warranty, they are blaming the low-temperature issue, repair cost, and solenoid cost together for more than $200. The excavator with Delco Remy ran perfectly after it was replaced with the same voltage. It is a faulty starter issue, but they are not taking responsibility for it.

Went to see if they had a tractor we we're specifically looking for Kathy told us they were waiting for it to come in. Kathy was so helpful and friendly so we decided to wait for it to come in we will for sure buy from them 😊
