Took my ‘97 Land Cruiser here for the comprehensive inspection. Best car experience I’ve ever had (mechanic, dealer, anything). Don’t go anywhere else. They explained everything through the process and the report, which includes pictures, at the end (both physical and digitally accessible with a messaging system) is awesome. I drove from a few states over and don’t regret it at all.
Best repair shop ever! Customer service is outstanding! Job was done in a very timely matter and my truck run better than before.
The quality of service that I receive at OTRAMM is fantastic! They do a great job of explaining what issue is as well as explaining the solution. Very personable, and do not leave you feeling like you are an inconvenience.
