I have been using Ryan for about 3 years now on all my Toyota vehicles and he is amazing. Highly talented, fast, and reliable. I trust Ryan to be fair and do what is needed to repair my vehicle properly. Update: Just drove 90 minutes to have my Toyota AC serviced by OTRAMM. As usual Ryan quickly diagnosed the issue and had it back to working great. Very reasonably priced service and trustworthy. Worth the drive for honest work.
Great service and work done at OTRAMM! Very friendly and forthright. So glad to have a hybrid car repair shop close by. Ryan was able to quickly diagnose our car and repair it. Love that there is pictures and descriptions of what needed to be repaired along the way. Highly recommend this repair shop!
Great honest, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. Had my Prius towed to their location, they were able to perform checks and get me back on the road quickly. If you need Hybrid service, this is the place to go within a large area radius!
